AL HAYATT SCHOOL

On November 5th, 2014, Al Hayatt School in Qaboun neighborhood, Damascus was intentionally bombed by the Syrian regime forces, this resulted in the death of innocent children and many injured, some among them suffered permanent disability, such act is considered a serious violation of human rights.
This painful incident came as a big shock to us and to the locals in the neighborhood; therefore, it is with great sadness that the “Choubbak Amal” organization extends to the children’s families, locals and workers in Al Hayatt School its most heartfelt sorrow and condolences.
Also, it would like to remind everyone that all its projects in the neighborhood i.e. the physiotherapy center, the community kitchen and the canning and conserving workshop are at the locals’ service; in addition to that, the organization is open to all suggestions aiming at improving and developing our work in the neighborhood.
